Our residential fees cover the whole academic year of 39 weeks, including O-Week (first year residents only). This includes the mid-semester and mid-year breaks!
Once you have accepted your Union College residential offer, your first fees will be due. You’ll pay in advance of the semester, not in one lump sum. Our fees are all-inclusive, meaning you’ll never be asked to pay more than the initial schedule*
Fees are paid through our pay portal and not via direct deposit. We accept most visa or debit cards, but please note: American Express is not supported. If you need to discuss payment options, please contact us.

The place you accept at Union College is for the entire academic year. You will not be asked to vacate during mid-year holidays; your room is yours from February to November.
If you wish to leave before the year is complete, you may, but there are necessary steps and potential fees. We recommend reaching out to our Admissions team if you have questions about this process.
Single semester applications, such as from international students or domestic students hoping to study abroad, may be considered. These applications are considered by our Deputy Head of College. Please contact us for further information.
