Our residential fees cover the whole academic year of 39 weeks, including O-Week (first year residents only). This includes the mid-semester and mid-year breaks!
Once you have accepted your Union College residential offer, your first fees will be due. You’ll pay in advance of the semester, not in one lump sum. Our fees are all-inclusive, meaning you’ll never be asked to pay more than the initial schedule*
We also recognise the importance of flexible fee paying. That’s why we work with Edstart to help you manage fee payments, providing plans that fit around your budget and schedule.

Ongoing costs that are not included in semester fees include laundry, printing, and photocopying charges.
Our 2026 Fee Schedule = $25,490.
When you accept an offer to Union College, you sign a contract that commits you for the entire academic year.
You will not be asked to vacate during mid-year holidays; your room is yours from February to November.
If you wish to leave before the year is complete, you may, but there are necessary steps and potential fees. We recommend reaching out to our Office team if you have questions about this process, as each situation differs.
